Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand, Australia and the United States.

Shipping costs

  • New Zealand: Free shipping on all orders.
  • Australia: AUD $8.95 for orders under AUD $35. Free shipping on orders of AUD $35 or more.
  • United States: State dependent.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. During peak periods, such as sales events and public holidays, dispatch may take up to 2 to 3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are:

  • New Zealand: 1 to 3 working days
  • Australia: 2 to 5 working days
  • United States 3 to 5 working days

Rural deliveries may take longer. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery address
Please check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we will work with the courier to resolve it. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Pre-orders
Pre-order items are dispatched once stock is available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may send them together when the pre-order items arrive, unless we let you know otherwise.

Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) or the Australian Consumer Law.
